Helping organizations thrive.

Empowering people. Developing organizations. Shaping the future.

People must once again take center stage.
Especially in a time of profound technological and societal change, we need organizations that actively promote health, motivation, trust, and human flourishing.

The Human & Organizational Flourishing Compass (HOC) provides you with a scientifically grounded tool to systematically identify and foster the conditions for human and organizational flourishing.
The HOC supports schools, businesses, healthcare institutions, and other organizations in creating conditions for human and organizational flourishing. It is undergoing ongoing scientific development and is anchored in a nonprofit, neutral institute (gGmbH).

The training program equips participants to professionally guide organizations and various groups—such as departments, teams, working groups, classes, or seminar groups —on their path toward greater flourishing. It combines a scientific foundation with practical organizational development and consulting.

The modules include:

  • M01: Neuroscience and Flourishing
  • M02: Positive Psychology and Flourishing
  • M03: Work and Organizational Development in Practice, Launching Projects, Integrating Flourishing into Existing Structures
  • M04: Audit Practices, Consulting, and Professional Development in Organizations; A Flourishing Mindset

Members with relevant prior knowledge can have individual foundational modules (M01 and/or M02) recognized and, accordingly, join the program at a later stage.

It’s about providing solid tools for consulting and auditing—with an approach that fosters growth.
