I am guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how participation, social innovation and the PERMA model of positive psychology create courage for the future and joy for the present. Growing up on Lake Constance, I draw strength from nature. In my opinion, the best is not behind us, but ahead of us – resilience instead of resignation.

Meike Leue
Meike Leue advises companies as an independent consultant on the development of effective learning, sales and management structures: three areas in which she herself has years of experience from the business world. The starting point is always the company’s goals – “You can’t improve what you can’t measure.” This is precisely why her focus is on Effectiveness of measures. Human motivation plays a central role here, because motivation is the inner force that leads to action. And it is only through action that we achieve self-efficacy and results. What effects does it have if you know a lot but don’t use this knowledge sensibly? Activating this inner strength is a success factor for our economy, because the mere availability of opportunities does not motivate people to act.

Michael Munzel
The motto “Verifiable connections, reproducible results and transferability of the necessary skills” is an apt description of my therapeutic approach. In general, I believe that safe learning supported by positive emotions is the most important path to personal development. In general, from my perspective, connectedness, development and the ability to create are not only life goals, but also central in the therapeutic context. As I am heavily involved in the field of psychosomatics and its disorders, a safe body experience is also important to me. Because a safe body experience ensures health and well-being and thus an individual form of resilience. I hope to be able to make a contribution to the development of therapy in the sense of positive psychology.
